Job Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, or online chat to understand their needs, recommend products or services that meet those needs, and answer incoming inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Manage the end-to-end order processing , ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment while maintaining clear communication with customers.
- Proactively follow up on provided quotations, addressing customers concerns or questions to facilitate a smooth decision-making process.
- Work closely with the internal team and external suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track customer interactions, manage leads, and streamline the customer service process.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) and above, with at least 1-2 years of corporate working experience . Must come with mature and aggressive personalities .
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to enable effective interaction with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent active listening skills to accurately understand customer needs and concerns.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in other computer-related tasks.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
- Able to work comfortably in a multitasking environment , managing various tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
- Willingly take on various ad-hoc duties in relation to sales as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team-player attitude.
