Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating, nurturing, and following leads in order to accelerate the sales process & close new businesses.
The Inside Sales Rep. will actively conduct research & reach business targets through phone, email and in person (whenever required).
Job Responsibilities
Reach existing customers & new prospects generated from various marketing sources (website, email, webinar, etc.) via outbound (cold) calls, emails, and any other means with regular data management & reporting
Develop sales opportunities by researching & identifying potential new accounts
Presenting and delivering sales information to potential prospects
Working closely with sales team when closing sales until completion. For existing customers, make sure to coordinate resources to increase customer satisfaction.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintaining CRM database of existing & prospective client information
Job Requirements
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
Excellent English & local language (Malay) verbal and written communication skills (the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers)
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in the IT industry preferred
