Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling SMB Business and being able to perform analysis for upcoming Renewals & New Business.
• Generating a new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and partners.
• Build and maintain strong long-lasting customers and partners relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and partner needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to develop new business with existing customers and partner an identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels often organization including executive and C-level.
Requirements:
• Experience in the Software Security industry will be an advantage.
• Min 2 to 4 years of inside sales experience
• Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS office (Particularly MS Excel).
• Ability to juggle multiple promo and campaign at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening negotiating and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to locate new business opportunity and convert them into successful sales.
• Ability to meet and exit KPI and quota every quarter.
