Analyze and identify customer needs and align them with suitable IT products, with a focus on B2C as well as B2B customers in the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment.
Sell IT products to customers via inbound channels i.e Calls, Chats, Emails etc and Follow-up.
Able to write and explain recommended product solution, up-sell and cross-sell in a Tele, Chat and Email environment.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding current promotions and product upgrades and new product launches.
Building and maintaining sales pipelines followed by accurate forecasting and sales revenue closures.
Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
Follow up with customers to solicit further sales, respond to sales enquiries.
Maintain professional customer services via verbal and in written communication.
Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
Achieve Sales Quota across products lines.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 (one) year of inbound/ inside/ tele sales experience or sales via ecommerce platforms.
Experience in B2B inside sales, particularly in the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment is a plus
Desire to meet and exceed sales performance goals
Proficient in Thai and English (Spoken and Written)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and grammar
Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
Strong verbal and written skills in Thai with commercial sense, problem solving and negotiation skills.
