Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Puchong. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable solutions to help clients adopt our technology services. Additionally, the Specialist will be expected to contribute to sales strategies and support the overall sales objectives of the company.
