We are seeking a solution-focused professional to manage both new and existing sales opportunities within our current and prospective client base. This role is part of the Cloud Operations team and plays a key role in driving revenue through resold services and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Drives sales of resold services such as renewals, product support etc.
- Has ability to address end customers, channel partners & vendors.
- Works with internal product sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales target.
- Performs reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Quotes, Bookings and renewals.
- Meets End Users / Partners to convey the benefits of our services and the prices thereof.
- Generates documentation to ensure that the orders booked are taken up for invoicing for the services within the permitted time frames.
- Pursues discussion with the buyers for payment to be realized within the granted credit period.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales target.
- Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 year of inside sales or relevant experience in the IT industry
- Proven ability to manage contract renewals is essential
- Strong customer orientation and a positive, proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn new products and develop new skills
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Proficient with IT tools and systems (IT-savvy)
