About the Role
We are looking for an Internal Sales Support professional to provide operational and commercial support to the sales team. This role plays a key part in pre-sales coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, logistics coordination, and sales administration to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and high service standards for customers.
The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team across all sales activities
- Prepare quotations and internal approval documentation for standard products
- Support preparation of tender, prequalification, and technical submission documents when required
- Manage sales documentation, filings, and records for each project
- Process sales orders and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate logistics and arrange shipments to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments based on statements of account
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and distributors
Order & Processing Activities
- Issue order acknowledgements to customers
- Issue purchase orders to vendors
- Handle repeated enquiries for standard products
- Support inspection of goods upon arrival at customer warehouses when requested
- Update monthly sales tracking reports for internal reviews
- Coordinate delivery planning to support monthly sales targets
Marketing & Events Support
- Support managers in executing global and local marketing initiatives
- Assist with exhibition and event participation as required
Skills & Experience
- 2 years minimum experience on manufacturing business
- Experience in internal sales support, sales coordination, or sales administration within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong communication skills, particularly in English, for effective follow-ups with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Basic understanding of industrial or technical products (e.g. medium voltage equipment, switchgear)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
