Support quotation and pricing requests for IT products and solutions
Manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and sales teams
Maintain accuracy and consistency in sales operations processes
Coordinate planning activities and provide operational support
Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Support CRM and sales operations tools such as Salesforce and D365.
Develop internal support processes and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Operations
IT industry background preferred
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
