Inspector Of Works (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor mechanical construction works on site
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
• Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of installations
• Prepare site reports and progress documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Must be registered with BEM
• Minimum 35 years experience in IOW / site supervision for mechanical works
• Strong understanding of authority requirements, standards, and regulations
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Able to work independently with integrity and responsibility
