About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, supporting a flagship institutional product designed to bridge the two worlds. The position is structured to evolve in two phases:

  • Phase 1 — Internal (Current Focus): A PMO-adjacent function focused on cross-functional coordination across teams such as Compliance, Legal, and Business Development. You will ensure workstreams stay on track, manage dependencies, and drive internal accountability.
  • Phase 2 — External (Growth Path): As the role matures, responsibilities will expand to include external-facing activities. You will support ecosystem partners across growth initiatives, partnerships, and operational functions.

This is a unique opportunity to help build foundational processes from the ground up, with a clear trajectory toward a visible, partner-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Project Management: Act as a central coordinator for the institutional ecosystem, managing workflows and facilitating collaboration across departments (Legal, Compliance, Business Development).
  • Partner Onboarding & Compliance: Lead the onboarding process for institutional partners, overseeing compliance reviews, due diligence, and administrative procedures to ensure seamless integration.
  • Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline internal processes, improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Business Development Support: Handle internal coordination for partnership initiatives—including documentation and task flows—enabling the BD team to focus on external relationship management.
  • Operational Coordination: Align internal stakeholders on deliverables and timelines for key ecosystem components, such as banking integrations, collateralized lending, and cross-exchange infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, PMO, operations, or a related coordination role.
  • Combined Background (Must-Have):
  • Traditional Finance: Solid understanding of institutional products and the operational dynamics of traditional financial markets.
  • Crypto Industry: Practical knowledge of how the cryptocurrency ecosystem functions.
  • Mid-level position; we prioritize the right mix of experience over sheer years in the field. Candidates with PMO or project management backgrounds are well-suited for Phase 1, with a clear path to grow into external-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate complex organizational structures, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Excellent coordination skills, with experience collaborating effectively with both internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, BD) and external partners.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
