What You'll Do

* Support Academic team with designing technology-integrated lessons with engaging contents

* Support teachers with AI-enhanced unit planning, assessment design, and learning personalisation.

* Lead professional learning on digital pedagogy, AI literacy, prompt engineering, and ethical AI use.

* Coach teachers on embedding digital tools, adaptive platforms, and generative AI into daily practice.

* Analyse insights from AI-driven analytics tools to support instructional decision-making.

* Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies such as LMS, adaptive learning systems, and multimodal AI tools.

* Contribute to the school's digital strategy, innovation culture, and future-ready learning initiatives.

What We're Looking For

* Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.

* Strong background in K12 teaching or instructional support (international school experience is an advantage).

* Proven ability to integrate education technologyespecially AI toolsinto teaching and learning.

* Experience leading professional development or coaching teachers.

* Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning, concept-based frameworks, and digital literacy.

Preferred Skills:

* Master's degree in a related field

* Experience with IB (PYP/MYP/DP)

* Certifications in Technology or AI tools

* Familiarity with LMS platforms, intelligent tutoring systems, or learning analytics dashboards

* Skills in multimedia content creation and generative design tools

* Competency with AI-driven feedback systems, adaptive learning platforms, and multimodal creation tools

• * Understanding of AI literacy frameworks for students and staff
