Making an impact. What will you do
- You will lead instrumentation and process control activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- You will monitor system performance, analyse trends, and implement improvement solutions
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance, projects, and operations
- You will provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to site teams
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes
- You bring strong knowledge in instrumentation and process control
- You have at least 3 years of experience in plant operations or related fields
- You are analytical, hands-on, and solution-driven
- You work well in teams and communicate effectively
- You are committed to safety and continuous improvementgineering projects
