Job Summary

We are seeking experiencedInsurance Sales Consultant (Bank / Branch-based) to market and sell a range of insurance and takaful products tailored to client needs. The role involves achieving individual and branch sales targets, providing professional advice, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining proper licensing and CPD requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell a wide range of insurance/takaful products based on client needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch goals.
• Provide professional financial advice and post-sales service.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Banca Business Manager to align sales activities with business strategy.
• Plan and follow up on leads promptly.
• Review sales performance with management.
• Ensure all licensing and CPD requirements are met before selling products.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or higher.
• Experience: 10-11 months working experience.
• Licensing: PCIL & TBE Part A & C (Full License).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Malaysian citizen only.
• Not open to fresh graduates.
