Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Johor Bahru. The Insurance Agent will engage clients to assess their financial and insurance needs, develop tailored insurance solutions, and provide personalized consultations to ensure their financial well-being. The agent will also build and maintain lasting client relationships, address customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and stay informed about market trends and industry products to offer the best recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance products, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong understanding of Finance and its applications in offering tailored solutions
• Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in insurance, finance, or sales roles is advantageous
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
