Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad. The position is based in Subang Jaya, with an opportunity for some remote work arrangements. The role involves identifying and meeting client insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess their financial needs, selling and managing insurance products, and assisting clients with any claims or inquiries. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage
• Understanding of finance concepts and capability to apply financial knowledge in decision-making
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-first approach
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
