Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is based in WP Kuala Lumpur, offering flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities. As an Insurance Life Advisor, your primary responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their financial and protection needs and providing tailored recommendations for insurance and savings plans. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting financial assessments, building client relationships, offering excellent customer support, and ensuring clients are well-informed about AIA's range of products. You will help clients achieve financial security and peace of mind through your expertise and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Insurance, Finance, and Consulting, with a focus on understanding and providing solutions for client needs.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work independently, maintain a proactive attitude, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
