Role Description

This full-time role as an Insurance Life Advisor at AIA is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some flexibility for working from home. Core responsibilities include acquiring new clients, understanding their insurance and financial planning needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role also involves regular client engagement, maintaining long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and educating clients on insurance products and financial planning strategies. Training and resources will be provided to equip you with the tools and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
  • Sales expertise combined with negotiation and presentation skills
  • Basic financial knowledge and understanding of financial planning or insurance products
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and deliver suitable solutions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Possession of necessary certifications or licenses for insurance advisory is a plus

Sales background or experience highly apprieciated.
