Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Life Advisor at AIA, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Insurance Life Advisor will provide personalized financial solutions and advice tailored to clients insurance and investment needs. Responsibilities include identifying clients financial goals, recommending appropriate products, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships through regular follow-ups. As part of AIA, the role offers comprehensive training to equip candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills in insurance and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Insurance, Finance, and Consulting to analyze client needs and provide informed solutions
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain trust with clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment while demonstrating self-discipline for remote work tasks
• Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals and a customer-first mindset
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
• Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
