We're Hiring: Insurance Operations Associate

Salary: Up to RM3,300/month

Looking to build your career with a well-established global organisation in the insurance operations space We're supporting our client in hiring an Insurance Operations Associate to be part of their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate customer proposals, applications & transactions

Handle policy applications, renewals, endorsements & cancellations

Generate quotations and support consumer line insurance products

Liaise with internal stakeholders for required policy information

Maintain electronic databases & perform data clean-up tasks

Investigate and resolve rework cases to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Post Grad Diploma / equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in underwriting operations (policy issuance, data entry, etc.)

General insurance knowledge is an added advantage

Experience in BPO/Shared Services preferred
