About The Job

Are you strong in design sense and conceptualisation Or perhaps you're good at 3D Designing & have led a team before We're looking for Intermediate to Senior Interior Designers with experience in Corporate Office, Retail OR FnB projects (or if you've done all of the above):

  • Lead complex interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring design vision is translated into stunning, functional spaces.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing expertise, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative design environment.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and brand identity, translating them into compelling design concepts.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to consistently deliver strong conceptual and imperatively designs.

About The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • For Intermediate: min of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects.
  • For Senior: min 6 year of experience in either corporate office, retail or FnB projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects, including office spaces.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Resume should include the list of projects you've done before.
  • Proficient in Mandarin would be a plus point.
  • Strong in conceptualisation and design sense.

About The Manager/team

Your team/manager autonomy at work where quality is a key part of their success. This role will be reporting to the Design Manager.
