Dutch Lady Land - Senior Executive, Development Management
Job Purpose
The Senior Executive, Integrated/High-Rise Development provides operational and administrative support for specific vertical developments. This role ensures that assigned development/s and vertical phasing documentation is organised and statutory/strata filings are accurately submitted to ensure readiness for handover to the Project Division for construction.
Job Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning, Master Feasibility & Financial Control
- Feasibility Data Support: Assist in compiling data for Master Feasibility Studies and monitoring development cash flow projections for assigned development/s and vertical phasing.
- Programme Monitoring Support: Monitor the daily schedule of the vertical development programme for assigned development/s and vertical phasing to ensure milestones are met.
- Statutory Compliance Support: Facilitate the physical filing and follow-up of applications for DO, BP, and strata-related approvals for assigned development/s and vertical phasing.
- Design, Tender & Technical Control (The Plan & Documentation)
- Documentation Control: Organise and maintain documentation during design development for assigned development/s and vertical phasing, tracking architectural and M&E integration records.
- Land & Compliance Support: Assist in land administration processes for urban sites (premium payments) and compile documentation for CCC strategy for assigned development/s and vertical phasing.
- Tender Folder Preparation: Organise and compile final tender drawings and specifications for assigned development/s and vertical phasing to ensure alignment with cost plans.
- Team and Stakeholder Management
- Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a collaborative environment and support administrative planning milestones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support communication between Development and other divisions (Project, Finance, Sales, Marketing) for assigned development/s and vertical phasing.
- Risk and Compliance Management
- Risk Identification: Support the identification of risks related to regulatory delays or site-specific documentation errors for assigned development/s and vertical phasing.
- Compliance Oversight: Maintain strict records for adherence to the HDA, Strata Titles Act, and local council regulations for assigned development/s and vertical phasing.
Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competences
- Formal Education
- Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Specialised in Integrated/High-Rise Development Management.
- Work Experience
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in the property/real estate industry.
- Minimum 4 years in property development with exposure to high-rise authority counter filings and technical documentation control.

- Self-Leadership: Demonstrates initiative in executing administrative tasks and supporting the team's technical documentation needs.
- Task Execution: Proficient in organizing vertical development documentation and adhering to strict filing deadlines.
- Data Integrity: Competent in gathering market data and cost rates; basic proficiency in reading high-rise technical plans.
- Operational Facilitation: Clear communication for counter-level follow-ups; solves routine administrative bottlenecks.
