2. Your Role in VT Markets
The Manager, GTM & Product Marketing is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and product positioning to accelerate user acquisition, product adoption, and trading activity.This role bridges Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams—ensuring that product offerings are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and translated into compelling value propositions that resonate with target users.
3. Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches, features, and market expansions
- Define target audiences, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
- Plan integrated campaigns across channels (performance, CRM, content, partnerships)
- Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Translate complex trading products and features into clear, compelling user benefits
- Develop product narratives, key selling points, and competitive differentiation
- Create messaging frameworks tailored to different user segments (new traders, active traders, VIPs)
- Ensure consistency of product messaging across all touchpoints
Product Launch Management
- Lead end-to-end product and feature launches:
- Launch planning and timelines
- Cross-functional coordination
- Internal enablement (sales, support, regional teams)
- Develop launch assets:
- Landing pages
- Campaign briefs
- Product education materials
Product Adoption & Growth
- Drive adoption and usage of key products/features through targeted campaigns
- Work with CRM and lifecycle teams to design engagement strategies
- Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend improvements
- Support monetization strategies through feature promotion and upsell initiatives
Market & Competitive Insights
- Conduct market research to understand user needs, behaviors, and trends
- Analyze competitor positioning, product offerings, and GTM strategies
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with:
- Product teams (roadmap alignment, feature understanding)
- Growth / Performance Marketing (acquisition campaigns)
- Promotions & Programs (campaign integration)
- Sales / IB teams (market feedback and enablement)
- Act as the key bridge between product development and market execution

5. What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or growth roles
- Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or digital platforms preferred
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products or features
