About the role

As Integrated Media Manager for the (SEAT) Cluster, you will lead integrated ESOP/PESO media strategy and execution across multiple markets, driving social-first and digital-led growth for Haleon's iconic brands.

Reporting to the SEAT Integrated Media Director, you will partner closely with Local Category Marketing Teams, agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into high-impact media plans, optimize performance, and elevate media effectiveness across offline, digital and social channels. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in accelerating growth for brands including Panadol, Sensodyne, Centrum and Caltrate across the SEAT region.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated media strategy and activation across SEAT markets, embedding ESOP/PESO media thinking into planning and execution.
  • Drive social marketing as a core growth lever through social-first strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LINE, integrating creators, influencers, community and social commerce where relevant.
  • Provide expert cross-channel media leadership, bringing the latest platform, audience, measurement and optimization thinking into media planning and delivery.
  • Shape and deliver Connections/Media Plans grounded in business and marketing objectives, enabling integrated activation across offline, digital and social touchpoints.
  • Drive media effectiveness through learning agendas, KPI frameworks, test-and-learn initiatives and performance optimization, partnering closely with Consumer & Business Insights teams to quantify business impact.
  • Challenge and elevate agency and brand team thinking to deliver more effective and efficient media investments and outcomes across markets.
  • Partner closely with Global and Local teams to embed best practice media planning, buying guidelines, standardized reporting and measurement frameworks across the cluster.

Why you

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in media, digital marketing or integrated communications, with strong understanding of both offline and online media ecosystems.
  • Proven expertise in media planning and buying, with strong digital and social media foundations across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LINE.
  • Demonstrated experience leading social-first and integrated media strategies including paid social, creator/influencer integration, content ecosystems and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of media market dynamics across Southeast Asia & Taiwan, including audience behaviour, media consumption trends, measurement and investment optimization.
  • Experience gained within media agencies, digital agencies, advertiser media teams, media companies or media research organizations, ideally within healthcare, consumer healthcare or FMCG/CPG environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders and drive aligned business outcomes across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex media performance into actionable business insights.
  • Working knowledge of programmatic media, AdTech ecosystems and digital measurement frameworks across major social and video platforms.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed regional environment.
  • Mandarin language capability would be an added advantage
