Integrated Supply Chain Manager

The Integrated Supply Chain Manager orchestrates the end-to-end planning processfrom demand forecasting to logistics executionensuring that merchandising, promotions, and operational strategies are in perfect alignment. This role drives operational excellence through continuous improvement and digital innovations while leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that integrate demand forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and forecast alignment to optimize the flow of goods and drive data-based decision-making.

Manage stakeholders by developing and executing a cohesive planning strategy that integrates inputs from merchandising, marketing, finance, and store operations, ensuring demand forecasting aligns with overall supply chain capabilities.

Oversee the order fulfillment process and synchronize inventory management with demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levelsmitigating both overstocking and understockingwhile satisfying customer requirements.

Manage vendor relationships by building and maintaining strategic partnerships to ensure product deliveries consistently meet high quality and performance standards across the supply chain.

Implement robust risk management and contingency strategies, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously drive operational enhancements to optimize supply chain performance.
