Lead a team of API and Integration developers in delivering large and complex API and integration solutions.
Continuously develop and execute the API vision, strategy, and roadmap to support business growth.
Position the API platform as a strategic asset, implementing management tools and processes.
Identify and articulate use cases and user stories for API features, aligning with business and technical processes.
Continuously iterate to ensure API deliveries remain competitive and meet customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and articulate use-cases and user-stories for API features.
Conduct research, testing, and data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance API performance.
Address customer pain points by delivering viable solutions and improving usability.
Communicate risks, issues, challenges and status/progress of the project to respective stakeholders.
Stay updated on technical trends and best practices in API industries for benchmarking purposes.
Ensure API documentations, design, architecture, and test scripts are constantly reviewed and updated.
Lead API release planning and manage stakeholder expectations for delivery of new enhancements and functionalities.
Mitigate impediments impacting team completion of release/sprint goals.
Document usage playbooks and processes to ensure proper understanding and adoption.

Technical skills and experience
SAP Cloud Platform Integration with hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Hybris, and SAP Integration Suite.
Development Skills: Experience with Java or .NET, XML, JSP or ASP, JavaScript, or VB Script, and Node.js.
Web Technologies: Proficiency in SOAP/XML and REST/JSON, HTTP/HTTPS protocol, web services, and web servers.
Database Design: Experience in designing relational databases and SQL scripting.
Soft skills

Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset.
Customer service-oriented with high attention to detail.
Performs well under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Minimum of 7 years experience in managing API solutions.
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Integration Suite, and other integration solutions (Mulesoft, Boomi, Celigo, etc.).
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
