Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the business team to offer a technical perspective during presales support activities.
  • Guide partners through the implementation process, providing them with best practices and technical insights to improve user experience and boost payment success rates.
  • Drive the comprehensive end-to-end implementation and integration e-wallet, coordinating with both bank/mobile payment partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously enhance e-wallet solutions based on local implementation experience and learning compile best practices for partner integration.
  • Engage in hands-on development to improve the e-wallet integration platform, aiming to enhance overall integration efficiency and partner experience.
  • Expand the e-wallet ecosystem by partnering with third-party solution providers in the market. Introduce value-added services to benefit merchants and mobile payment users.

Job Qualification

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with at least 2 years of hands-on software development experience
  • Solid foundational knowledge and practical experience in API design and integration, database, web security, application design, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven record in designing and implementing complex customer solutions and bridging product and technology gaps
  • Able to manage internal and external clients and convert business requirements into technical specifications
  • Demonstrate good business sense and experience using various technical solutions to fulfill business needs
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Java is preferred, especially in the realm of backend or API development, and proficiency in other languages is also welcomed.
  • Having experience in Fintech technology, the payments industry, and handling largescale payment/e-commerce transactions is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, facilitating effective communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
