We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law to protect and manage our intellectual property portfolio while providing strategic legal counsel.

What You'll Do
Draft and prosecute patent and trademark applications
Conduct IP due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses
Handle IP litigation and dispute resolution matters
Negotiate and draft licensing agreements and IP contracts
Develop IP protection strategies for clients
Perform trademark searches and clearance studies
What We're Looking For
Law degree with specialization in Intellectual Property
3+ years of IP law experience
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with patent prosecution and trademark registration
Knowledge of Malaysian IP laws and regulations
