What You Can Expect
Intercompany Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely execution of various Intercompany tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced GBS environment. All tasks must be executed in compliance with Zimmer Biomet policies and guidelines.
How You'll Create Impact
- Support intercompany accounting process, including GR/IR, netting, and aging reporting for inventory and non-inventory processes
- Contribute to internal transitions and stabilization of Intercompany operations across assigned entities.
- Responsible for Intercompany Period End Close for APAC entities in scope: Identify and resolve problems/issues accrued or adjustment
- Intercompany Reconciliation: reconcile intercompany GL account balances between various entities to ensure that transactions are properly recorded and eliminate any discrepancies.
- Prepare Intercompany Recharges billing and invoicing.
- Participate in transformation initiatives including system implementations, process transitions, and process standardization projects.
- Responsible for any dispute management for Inventory and aging.
- Manage the governance, escalation, and resolution of disputes between trading partners
- Prepare IC/Inventory related PL reporting and commentary
- Maintain required documentation (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Desktop Procedures, and Training Records).

What Makes You Stand Out
- Solid understanding of Intercompany processes (PTP/ITC)
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of accounting principles
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of automation tool, such as Power BI, Power Apps, RPA, Alteryx (optional)
Your Background
- Undergraduate degree in accounting with 4-6 years of experience
- Experience supporting month-end closing activities and Blackline reconciliation processes is preferred
- Interest in automation, finance transformation project
- Positive attitude, proactive and flexible
Languages Requirement
Fluency in English and Japanese

Less than 5%
