We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interface Support Specialist to join our global IT HR team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of HR systems and integrations, addressing interface-related issues, and collaborating across teams to optimize system performance globally. As part of the IT HR team, you will play a key role in managing support tickets, troubleshooting system connectivity challenges, and enhancing data flows between HR platforms. Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR system interfaces, data flows, and integrations
- Monitor interface activity to ensure system connectivity and proactively address performance issues
- Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with global IT teams, HR stakeholders, and vendors to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users to ensure optimal use of HR system functionalities
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field with equivalent work experience
- Have experience in system integrations and resolving interface-related issues
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Basic understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), APIs, or data flow processes
- Experience with basic scripting is a plus
- Prior experience supporting HR systems or global IT environments (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a strong advantage
