Job Description

Job Responsibility

Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget for renovation projects.
Discuss the functionality of spaces and gather information about the purpose of the renovation.
Analyze and plan space utilization, considering structural elements, such as walls, columns, and plumbing.
Create efficient and aesthetically pleasing layouts to optimize the space.
Develop design concepts, including color schemes, furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D/3D drawings, plans, and visualizations.
Provide cost estimates and help clients manage their renovation budget.
Source materials and finishes within the clients financial constraints.
Present design concepts and revisions to clients, addressing their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Provide final design documentation and instructions for implementation.
