Interior Design Draftsman (Revit) | Contract | Salary up to RM

Role: Interior Design Draftsman (Revit)

Industry: Architectural (Residential & Hospitality)

Working Duration: 12 months contract

Working Location: Georgetown, Penang

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm.

Salary: Basic up to RM 5000 (Based on experience + skills) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong and clear design concepts for residential and hospitality interiors

• Prepare joinery, finishes, and construction drawing packages

• Work closely with the architecture team and external consultants

• Participate in client meetings and site visits (future involvement)

• Work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design (residential or hospitality preferred)

• Strong concept design ability (essential)

• Proficiency in Revit (essential), BIM, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office

• Strong documentation and presentation skills

• Ability to manage tasks independently and contribute effectively to team projects
