Carry out design concepts and construction drawings, 3D perspectives, layout plans, and knowledge in residential and commercial projects
Establish and cultivate good relationships with clients, enabling trust in our products and services
Facilitate key communication between client and team members, and collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure the overall quality of project delivery in meeting client's expectations
Stay abreast of industry trends, home renovation and interior design solutions
Support fellow team members and the Head of Division in any initiatives, plans and activities as and when required
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
At least 1-3 years of working experiences in the related field is required
Can speak in English and Mandarin
Excellent communication skills, Highly creative, imaginative and artistic. Especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision
Experience working on the initial project design with a team, including developing Photoshop elevations and 3D renderings
Ability to work in a team with positive attitude, pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to learn
Willing to learn and always seek for improvements
Must be able to understand materials finishes. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc,construction material requirements and high attention to detail.
