Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Fit-out & Site Coordination
  • Coordinate with contractors on renovation, quotations, and timelines
  • Monitor site progress and ensure execution aligns with approved designs
  • Conduct site inspections and manage final handover
  1. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with HQ, mall management, and vendors for design approvals and execution
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all parties
  1. 3D Design & Drawing
  • Create 3D designs and prepare AutoCAD drawings for retail stores
  • Adapt global concepts into local designs aligned with brand guidelines
  1. In-store Visual Support
  • Support store visuals (posters, lightboxes, POSM) for product launches
Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail design and fit-out projects
  • Proficient in 3D and AutoCAD software
  • Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes
  • Good coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
