Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate your vision to clients and team members.
Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
Select and source materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation and quality craftsmanship.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our design offerings
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Interior Designer or Interior Architecture or similar role, with a portfolio of work.
Diploma in Interior Design (at least 4 years experience), Interior Architecture, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
Proven experience in interior design or interior architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
