WE ARE HIRING: Multiple Internship Roles (KUTS Project)

Are you looking to kickstart your career on the most iconic infrastructure project in Sarawak Six Rail Construction Sdn Bhd is expanding our team for the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS).

We are looking for hungry, talented, and proactive interns to join us in delivering the region's first hydrogen-powered ART system.

Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Status: Paid Internship (Monthly Allowance Provided)

Duration: 3 – 6 Months

OPEN POSITIONS (6 ROLES):

1. Assistant Site Supervisor Intern * Assist in daily site monitoring and coordination of construction activities.

• Ensure work stays on schedule and meets project standards.

2. Electrical QA/QC Intern * Perform site inspections for electrical installations.

• Verify material testing and witness T&C (Testing & Commissioning) procedures.

3. Engineering / Technical Intern (Execution) * Interpret Shop Drawings and SLDs to ensure site works match the design.

• Ensure all activities strictly follow the approved Method Statements (MST).

4. Planner & Progress Intern * Track daily site progress and assist in updating project schedules.

• Prepare progress reports and data for S-Curve visualization.

5. Logistics & Material Intern * Coordinate the delivery and storage of specialized electrical components.

• Manage inventory and track material flow from suppliers to the site.

6. HSE (Safety) Intern * Assist in site safety inspections and Tool Box Talks.

• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Who Should Apply

• Students or recent graduates in Electrical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, OSH, or related fields.
• Individuals with a can-do attitude who are ready to work in a dynamic site environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
