Position Objective:
We are seeking a high-calibre Technical AI Intern with strong academic performance and proven hands-on capabilities to join the Group IT Operations – Portfolio, Service and Delivery Management team.
This role focuses on designing and delivering practical AI-driven use cases across Portfolio, Service and Delivery Management team, addressing real operational challenges.
This is a high-impact, delivery-oriented role suited for candidates who can independently build, validate, and implement working solutions, translating ideas into tangible outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and delivering AI-driven solutions, focusing on portfolio insights, service assurance, and operational efficiency, working closely with the multiple teams and various AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI/ML solutions for use cases
• Build end-to-end prototypes, including data extraction, cleaning, feature engineering, model development, and visualization using real operational datasets.
• Analyze data across Group IT Operations to generate insights and identify performance gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and automation to enhance reporting, governance, and operational decision-making.
• Participate in full delivery lifecycle (requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring) and iterate proof of concepts into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to executive-level materials (insights, dashboards, presentations).
• Explore emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, cloud AI/ML, automation tools) and contribute to building scalable, reusable AI capabilities.
Job Requirements:
Final year student (preferred) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields, with strong academic performance and demonstrated hands-on experience in building practical AI solutions.
Key Requirements:
• Strong programming skills with solid foundation in machine learning, AI concepts, and data analysis.
• Proven hands-on experience in developing working models or solutions through projects, internships, competitions, or any relevant matters.
• Experience in data handling, including data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
• Exposure to relevant AI tools and technologies is an advantage.
• Highly analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver tangible outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical outputs into clear, actionable insights, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrates high ownership, curiosity, and drive to build scalable, real-world solutions.
