Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Ensure daily technical documents are reviewed and audited, to achieve the
CAAM CAD and CAAM CAGM requirements.
Specific Function
Supervise an efficient Technical Recording (computerized records system)
that meets the CAAM requirements.
Maintain and monitor an effective technical document archiving system in
accordance with CAAM requirements.
Review and audit various maintenance documents to prove the compliance for Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Hard Time / OCCM Components, Engine / Landing Gear / APU LLPs (Life Limited Parts) for Back to Birth (BtB) traceability, Modifications, Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), Structure Repairs, CPCP, LDND etc, to ensure the continuous airworthiness of the aircraft. Hangar Check - Sources from C-check packages, OOP check packages and OMV packages.
Ensure that compliance verification documents are of an acceptable standard of accuracy and quality for any authorities / lessor audits purpose.
Reviewed and organized the execution of aircraft delivery / re-delivery / deregisterand export exercise in accordance with CAAM requirements and lessor standard.
Initiate the renewal, new application and termination of aircraft services for
AirAsia or leased aircraft.
a. Certificate of Airworthiness,
b. Certificate of Airworthiness for Export,
c. Apparatus Assignment (MCMC), and
d. Certificate of Registration.
Involve in Airworthiness Certificate budget and financial control.
To provide support to other CAMO departments with regards to the above responsibilities and functions.
