JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Creation & Production Support
- Assist the team in producing and managing simple content projects.
- Help with logistical tasks such as preparing for shoots and organizing materials.
- Support in managing small budgets assigned for each video project.
- Follow Astro's production guidelines and procedures.
Writing, Directing & Storytelling
- Assist in brainstorming ideas and developing creative concepts for content.
- Assist to write scripts or content outlines that suit the target audience.
- Support directors during shoots, including guiding or assisting with talents when needed.
Digital Content Strategy
- Assist to propose content ideas and simple digital strategies to promote Astro IPs.
- Support in creating basic captions, thumbnail ideas, and posting content.
- Stay updated on digital trends and new features on social media platforms.
Content Performance Tracking & Improvement
- Monitor the performance of published videos (views, engagement, etc.).
- Assist in preparing simple postmortem or performance reports with guidance from the team.
- Working with project lead to gather insights to improve future content or ongoing campaigns.
