To support the EHS team in implementing safety, health, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements while gaining hands-on experience in workplace safety management.
What Are Your Key Responsibilities
- EHS Training Coordination
- Assist in organizing EHS related training sessions (safety, health, environmental).
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and documentation.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Quentic System Support
- Assist in updating and monitoring data in the Quentic system.
- Follow up on assigned tasks, incidents, and corrective actions in the system.
- Support reporting and data accuracy within the system.
- First Aid Kit Management
- Monitor and inspect first aid kits across the facility.
- Assist in replenishment and purchasing of first aid supplies.
- Ensure all kits comply with regulatory and company requirements.
- SDS & Chemical Register Management
- Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals.
- Assist in managing the chemical register and ensure it is up to date.
- Ensure proper documentation and accessibility of SDS to employees.
- AI Data Update & Analysis
- Support data entry and updates for AI records.
- Assist in analyzing safety data trends
- Prepare basic reports and dashboards for EHS performance tracking.
- Procedure Update & Implementation
- Assist in reviewing and updating EHS procedures and work instructions.
- Support implementation and communication of updated procedures.
- Ensure documentation is aligned with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)

What You Bring To The Role
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of EHS concepts is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
