- Good knowledge in Windows and basic principles of IT
- Good written and communication skills

Brief Job Description
Exposure in Incident handling related to IT onboard vessel under WSM management agreement and vessel having IT support agreement with WSM. To participate in problem management related to vessel IT incident. To participate in change management related to vessel infrastructure, software and Blackbox. To support in perform pertinent documentation routines of vessel IT usage, for onboard appointment and equipment procedure. To assist in distribute application, patches, image, updates, antivirus updates according to established plans and according to ad hoc requirement. To support in arrange shipment of relevant equipment to/from vessel. To assist in manage business application synchronization/replication and ensure availability.
