Job Summary

The candidate will support the team in delivering technology-driven solutions that addresses business challenges within the assigned Divisions. This role involves conducting research, performing data analysis, and assisting in the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions. The candidate will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Job Description

Project Management Support

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare documentation such as meeting notes, reports, and presentations.
• Support coordination across project teams, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
• Help monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.

Development & Technical Work

• Assist in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of digital initiatives across the assigned Divisions.
• Work with data from various sources (Excel, SharePoint, databases) to support project needs.
• Support integration of applications and tools within the business environment.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business IT, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of programming languages such as Power Apps, OutSystems and Python.
• Project experience related to digital transformation, data analytics, or business technology will be a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proactive learner with problem-solving mindset.
• Demonstrates curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to learn quickly.
