What would you do

You will be included to assist the Loyalty team in areas of vouchers configuration, reporting, operations & analysis duties.

Voucher Configurations: To manage vouchers arrangement and configure the vouchers in backend system. Will also need to monitor the run rate and replenishment when required.

Pricing and Point Valuation: Access the price given by supplier and compare them to the market rate pricing. This will involve market screening, analyzing customer preferences, and setting competitive prices.

Inventory Management: Tracking the availability of items in the catalog, managing stock levels, and ensuring that items are in stock.

Reporting: Assist the team in compiling monthly budget reports, partners reports, and utilization reports.

Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to catalog performance, member redemption patterns, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for catalog improvements.

Who should join us

• Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Data Analytics/ Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred internship start date in March/April
