Reporting to the Category Manager you will be responsible for:

. Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals
. Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews for the assigned Fashion category
. Developing understanding of assigned category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada
. Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention
. Working with cross-functional teams to execute on campaigns and strategic projects

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail industry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Available for 3-6 months full-time internship
