We are looking for an Intern, Corporate Strategy in Malaysia who will support our Strategic Development team. This team leads growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, new business ventures, and M&A opportunities. The team drives execution of key strategic projects to support the firm's long-term growth and competitive positioning.

What You'll Do

• Support M&A and strategic initiatives – Assist in evaluating acquisition, partnership, and growth opportunities across Southeast Asia. Gather and analyze industry, competitor, and target company information to support strategic decision-making.
• Transaction execution – Coordinate information requests, track workstreams, and monitor closing conditions. Document meeting outcomes, monitor action items, and support cross-functional coordination across business teams.
• Prepare management materials – Develop presentations, briefing papers, and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support – Maintain databases, perform financial and business analysis, and help generate insights for strategic projects.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Proactive and resourceful with strong attention to detail
• Eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to complete a minimum of 6 months internship.
