We are looking for an Intern who will support our Investment team with conduct credit research on bonds held under our investment portfolios as well as assist in fulfilling client and marketing's requests in relation to credit matters.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct detailed credit evaluation of new bond credits to be included in our domestic and regional bond portfolio
  • Maintain close surveillance of existing credits in the portfolio, including quarterly results review and formal annual credit review
  • Conduct site visits and management meetings as part of the credit surveillance process
  • Assist PMs in collating reseach data for client meetings and/or ad-hoc client requests.
  • Work closely with PMs in monitoring country risk, market events and yield movements.
  • Update databases and client monthly research reports
  • Assist in the recovery of distressed credits

Who You Are

  • You are a bachelor's degree student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Business or other related fields.
  • You have sound accounting and economics knowledge and with good report-writing and analytical skills.
  • You have good interpersonal skills with a high degree of integrity.
  • You have strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
