POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is part of Alcon&aposs Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing order processing for pharmacies, including monthly orders and other operational tasks
- Ensure best practice is perform for order-to-invoice processes to achieve sales performance and provide good support to sales & marketing team and make sure all of PO transactions are processed efficiently
- Assist in the process and track platform orders, including the inclusion of new products
- Support sales representatives and channel partners in processing orders and returns
- Ensure clear and timely communication of customer requirements and feedback to relevant departments
- Ensure all data changes follow the correct approval workflow and are accurately reflected in internal systems
