About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Customer Engagement Centre. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in administrative operations, customer documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in billing, documentation, and complaint handling processes using SAP and other systems.
  • Support internal teams in ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
  • Help track and resolve customer inquiries and documentation issues.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support in reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
