About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Customer Engagement Centre. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in administrative operations, customer documentation, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in billing, documentation, and complaint handling processes using SAP and other systems.
- Support internal teams in ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
- Help track and resolve customer inquiries and documentation issues.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support in reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative processes and customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
