We are looking for an intern to join our Agency team to assist with the agency digital transformation and change management.
What You'll Do
- Gathering requirements on system enhancements from various stakeholders
- Compiling and analyzing the requirements on the impact to the stakeholders
- Receiving and managing production system issues and raising incidents
- Follow up on the incidents progress
- Planning to change management to ensure smooth transitions between changes
- Execute UAT and complete UAT based on pre-set test cases
- Providing feedback & raising defects on the UAT
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Who You Are
- You are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, business management, IT or a related field
- Working knowledge in Google Form, Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams
- Initiative, result-oriented and committed to ensure delivery of quality work.
- Able to display problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with high attention to detail
- Students in their final year with the ability to intern for at least 6 months are preferred.
