Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers and other stakeholders to support the delivery of various projects and initiatives
Assist with product research and analysis, including market research, user research and competitive analysis
Assist in writing and editing articles, captions, and short-form content for websites and social media platform.
Monitor content performance and engagement, and assist in compiling basic performance report.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and scrum ceremonies to provide updates on project status and contribute to decision-making processes
Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans and product launches
Conduct ad hoc analyses and research projects as needed
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Media Studies or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English and Malay (Chinese is an added advantage)
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
Passionate about the digital ecosystem and eager to learn about new technologies and trends in the field
Basic understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement.
