We are looking for an Intern to join our Digital Sales Product Support Team to support by validating and testing system changes delivered by the development team, ensuring they meet approved business requirements and align with intended sales journeys. You will assist in verifying changes before and after go-live, represent the business in sign-off processes, and help maintain smooth sales operations without disruption.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Digital Sales, Finance Operations, UT & PRS Operations, CSD, and IT teams to support digital sales processes.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of digital sales deliverables, validate changes against approved requirements and user journeys, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
  • Provide input for sign-off prior to go-live, highlight gaps or risks, and support readiness activities.
  • Conduct post-go-live checks, track issues, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Platform Manager and development team on defect resolution and re-testing; communicate validation outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of test cases, results, issues, and sign-off documentation.

Who You Are

  • You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of digital platforms, user journeys, and testing processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to document test cases, results, and issues accurately.
  • Familiarity with digital sales processes or interest in digital transformation is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; knowledge of testing tools or platforms is an advantage.
  • Able to complete minimum 6 months internship.
